Chaplaincy
Westminster City School’s Chaplain is the Rev Stephen Taylor, who is also a member of our Religious Studies Department.
Our Chaplain endeavours to exercise a pastoral ministry among all students and staff who belong to our School community. This ministry includes home and hospital visits, as well as counselling and support for pupils/students and families who may be suffering domestic issues, serious illness or deaths. Please do not hesitate to contact our Chaplain for yourself or on behalf of a student or colleague, he may be able to help. Confidentiality is assured.
Rev Taylor records regular videos for all within our community to enjoy, that can be viewed in his channel on our School's Vimeo page.
Westminster City School maintains a Christian ethos.
Our Chaplain is responsible for arranging services of worship and school assemblies, and relies upon the support of colleagues and students. All who belong to our School have a contribution to make to this aspect of school life. However, we welcome students from all faiths and we place great emphasis on community and support for one another.
